Hello

I am building a wooden frame in my bathroom and i was wondering what screws I should be using? it will be covered in aquapanel (and a little ply) I understand that moisture will still be able to get through aquapanel so should i use aquapanel screws for the frame? or will i get away with normal frame screws? would i need to treat the wood frame aswell? the aquapanel will be tiled eventualy.

i hate rust, i used stainless thoughout when doing my shower room, not a huge cost more when taken with the whole project

You’d be perfectly OK using Aquapanel screws but I usually use bog standard plasterboard screws; unless it’s a wet room floor, you’re worrying unnecessarily about the effect of penetrating moisture on the Aquapanel or the fixings.
