Thanks in advance for any idea what is causing this fault...
All the rads in the house work ok apart from the bathroom rad..it fades to lukewarm..I called a plumber..he shut all the rads apart from the bathroom rad and ran the sys on full(open system) He said after the sys has been on for a few hours open all the other rads half a turn and that should fix the problem...balancing???? All the other rads were piping hot but the bathroom rad faded to lukewarm...The bathroom rad was flushed out a long time ago and the water was clear....no sludge...
Any ideas???
Is this a pressure fault...pump??It is set at max
Would a power flush sort this out?
Would putting a cleaner in this system and then drain solve this???
Any ideas wouls be appreciated....
PS...This is a old system but this is the only fault....
The boiler has been serviced and the pump was changed quite a few years ago... but the rad fault seems to have always been there
All rads are original.........
The rad in the bathroom heats up very warm but not piping hot when it was on by itself..........
