is there such a thing as an in line rcd?
so i could wire in downlights from the rose and put an rcd inline,
in between the rose and the lights?
i have the old type fuse box.

you could, but most rcd's are NOT fitted to te lights, since when a lamp fails they quite often trip the rcd, no good at night.
