Baxi 100 he+

I have just had a friend call with a lock out, he tells me that the fault code is saying low voltage. I cant find the MI,s for this on the baxi web site.

Anyone got any idea,s before I get my boots on

Low voltage supply from the diverter?

I just spoke with him and he says" the mains and fault light are flashing"
