Hope someboby out there can confirm my diagnosis with my Baxi 105e.
When cold and after it has been off overnight the pressure gauge drops to under 0.5 bar but boiler fires up fine and the pressure increases once on but it never goes above 2.0 bar even on heavy heating load. If I add some water to increase the pressure when cold it still never goes above 2.0 bar when hot but water does collect in a bottle which I have placed at the PRV outlet. It seems to me that the PRV is at fault and passing well below the specified 3.0 bar. Do you agree? I have checked expansion vessel and it has pressurised air in it at 0.8 bar.
