Baxi 105e (water oozing out of overflow)

Hi all

Can anybody tell me why there is water allways coming out of the overflow pipe......it hammers out all the time

The boiler works fine on heating and hot water

Its a Bazi 105e

Can somebody tell me how to stop this problem

is your filling loop passing? what pressure are you filling your boiler to? if the pressure rises to 3bar on heating the expansion vessel may be flat/knackered. otherwise the pressure relief valve may be leaking
