105E Baxi the rear and front insulation panels in the Combustion box are cracking and flaking is there any easy way to replace the rear one or is it the fan and the rest of the pipes to remove :?:

You call in a Registered Gas Installer, you shouldn't be doing anything inside the combustion box unless you are qualified

Your Right about calling in a Reg Gas Installer Its just i have been told by a Installer its a big job which seems a bit over the top to replace insulating panels ?
 
OK fair enough, yes he's right you need to take the fan and heat exchanger out to change the rear panel. Pain in the ash

Ah it's not the only one and Baxi aren't the worst for it, there are some truly shocking boiler designs out there from a maintenance point of view
