Baxi 105he Instant (preheat problem)

I have a problem with the preheat function. When it is on there is a loud slurping noise comming from the boiler when I turn the hot water on and after the tap has been turned off. When the preheat is turned off the noise goes away. Also the stored water is very hot when it comes out of the tap. Any ideas?
