could be internal leak and running away through the condensate pipe, turn boiler off, leave to cool down and check to see if any water is coming from the 22mm plastic pipe at the bottom of the boiler.

hi thanks for reply just seen message. how would it get thruogh internall to the condensate, sounds knackerd dont it. thought it was something simple like dh heat exchange.

If your main heat ex is pinholed then any leakage would run out hopefully via the condensate pipe.

Have you checked the prv? Tie a plastic bag over it and leave for a while.....if wet then change that first before the heat ex

Rojaca if the pressure is dropping the pinhole won't be from the secondary dhw heat ex.....that would increase pressure and blow prv.....if the main is pinholed it will drip out the condense trap

the heat exchanger you talk of is the dhw plate heat exchanger.

The one that he means is the secondary heat exchanger which conects onto the fan before the flue outlet. They are prone to pinhole
