Baxi 80Eco keeps cutting out.

Hi all,
I have a friend who is having problem with his boiler.
The hot water side is working fine but when he puts the CH on the boiler cuts off after about 15 min.
The water pressure in the system is fine but the red light comes on, on the front of the boiler & will only start again by turning the reset dial on the front.

Any idea's guys?

Diverter or pcb most likely, but could be something else.
