Baxi Bahama 100 - HW but no CH

Due to a house extension we've just had our Baxi Bahama 100 moved. Hot water is fine but we are without central heating. Electrical connections via the timer and thermostat to the boiler have been checked and double checked. We can adjust the thermostat hear the 'tick' and current reaches the boiler itself but does not trigger it into action at all.
Any ideas?
