what bar should i top the boiler upto when its needed,how long should it stay at said preesure when boiler cold and off,as my boiler tends to drop off pressure.Sometimes think there is a leak,but would it not drop very quickly?had a loft conversion afew years back and extended the heating with a rad in loft and a towel rail in on swuite,any coincidence?heat in loft is crap,need heating turned right up to get rad hot,bottom of rad is only ever luke warm top is hotter,have blead it no air there,towel rail at very top goes cold after a week or so after boiler topped up!!any ideas people??

thanks bengasman,is there a way to pin point a leak?my boiler pressure sits at 0.5 bar when cold,and drops back to this after topping up!
