hi all my baxi has started playing up recently..... the problems I have is 2 of my rads don't get hot and also the water is running hot cold hot cold hot cold no warning lights on boiler hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on my situation

It sounds like your system/plate heat exchanger is blocked, might be worth getting a quote for a power flush.
