Baxi solo 3 pfl

hi,
I have problems with my baxi solo 3 pfl ch system ,the boiler used to cycle about 10 mins on 5mins off now for about 1 week its cycling at 18mins on 45mins of,
My so called c/h expert has replaced-:
3 way valve motor assy
bolier thermostat
flue fan

As im into this guy for about 350 quid so far without any result I eagerly await any contributions from you guys

does the system heat up (rads or cylinder)? if not a pump may be reqd. And get a new heating expert.
