I have a baxi solo 3 that, every year, works up until about January fine then around this time when it's colder the boiler works fine until about mid afternoon then stops working until the next day (usually comes on next day. Sometimes takes few days or comes on then goes off an hour later). Boiler light is on, pump is working, fan light is off and boiler not firing. We have Tado heating control and smart trvs on all but one rad. Have bypass valve as system used to overheat but not since valve was put in. System uses 8mm microbore that is meticulously cleaned every year and has magnaclean (system never gets v dirty). No matter what we do (ie turn power off and on, reset tado, reset WiFi) nothing gets it working until it decides to fire up again.
Anyone had similar and know fix? Had fan replaced not long ago (couple of years).
