anyone found the baxi tec chaps to be blunt and rude. I had a run out today with one.

How long were you waiting before you got connected??

Last time I tried it took 25 mins and the guy did not have a clue!!

Said he would have to ask a senior advisor!

Kept me on hold for another 10 mins then I was cut off !!

Often takes ages to get through but I've always found the helpdesk team very helpful and knowledgable.

If you are a RGI (Corgi reg number req'd) there is a direct number for Baxi tech.

Ask your local rep for the trade support number.

You will normally get through in under a minute.
 
thats the one i went to first. but they sent me off to some chimp in tec departmen,t who i think was having a bad day lol
