Clearly after his gaff comment about being openly jewish. He at that point knew he needed to find a trouble maker to back up his position. If anyone is being disingenuous, at that point it was the police officer.Mr Falter has said himself he was part of a group. Also:

The officer said: "Unfortunately, sir you took it upon yourself to go from the pavement right into the middle of a pro-Palestinian march, which is why I asked you to go away."
He added: "You are looking to try and antagonise this."
"So I can already see what your mindset is, sir."
Taking issue with this, Mr Falter said: "My mindset? My mindset is I am Jewish in London and I can walk where I want."
The officer then said: "Please don't be too disingenuous sir."
Mr Falter said: "I am not being disingenuous, I can walk wherever the hell I want.
"If I want to walk to that pavement that is what I am going to do and you are going to have to arrest me."
The officer said: "I would rather not do that."
Mr Falter said: "I want to get out of here, I want to go across there."
The officer then said: "I tell you what, come with me, let's get you out of here. If that's what you want, come on.
"I am going to get you out over here, you are going to have to do the long way - there are so many people."
Mr Falter said: "Why can't I just walk where I want to walk?"
The officer said: "Because there is a big demonstration."
He added: "I will walk you out and then you can go. You can see all the Israeli flags over there, I will walk you over there."
Mr Falter said: "I don't walk with the Israeli flags or any flags."
The officer replied: "I am not asking you to walk with them but that is the route I will take you out."
"You are telling me that I cannot walk to the other pavement. That I have to be escorted by you."
The officer said: "I am telling you that I will help you by escorting you over there and that way you will be completely safe just as we promised, so we are keeping our word."
Mr Falter said: "I am only safe basically if I have a police escort, is that what you are telling me?"
The officer said: "I am offering it to you sir.
"I have already seen you deliberately leave the pavement and walk against this march. You chose to do that."
Mr Falter said: "I was trying to get to the other side of the road."
Amid the ongoing exchange, the noisy march continued in the background with protesters carrying placards and chanting "Palestine will be free."
Under the circumstances, the officer ought to be commended.
Yet no further action is being taken against him after a review of the incident.

Judaism is a beautiful, thousands-year-old tradition, and Israel is a 76-year-old colonial apartheid state,” Morgan Bassichis, an organizer with Jewish Voice for Peace, told the crowd.
“This is the Passover that we take our exodus from Zionism. Not in our name. Let Gaza live.”
Rabbi Miriam Grossman, from Brooklyn, led a prayer before the first cup of ritual wine. “We pray for everyone besieged, for everyone facing starvation and mass bombardment.” Klein spoke after eating the bitter herbs that represent the bitterness of slavery at the seder. “Our Judaism cannot be contained by an ethno-state, for our Judaism is internationalist by its very nature. Our Judaism cannot be protected by the rampaging military of that ethno-state, for all that military does is sow sorrow and reap hatred, including hatred against us as Jews.”

Nothing suggest anything remotely close to a breach of the peace.
The officer made a mistake, he has apologised for his offensive remarks. He should not be punished.
The issues are the impact of weekly protest about something that nobody in the UK can do anything about. It is costing a fortune, causing hatred towards jews and causes a huge disruption.

Here is a more balanced view indicating that the bodies were berried by HAMAS in the military complex based in a Hospital with the collusion of the authorities.
From the BBC not a left wing antisemitism outlet.
But it did say that during a two-week operation at the hospital in the city of Khan Younis in February, troops "examined" bodies buried by Palestinians "in places where intelligence indicated the possible presence of hostages".
Ten hostages who have now been released have said that they were held at Nasser hospital for long periods during their captivity.
Prior to the Israeli operation at Nasser, staff there had said they were being forced to bury bodies in the hospital's courtyard because nearby fighting prevented access to cemeteries. There were similar reports from al-Shifa before the first Israeli raid on the hospital took place in November.
