BEKO AB910W - Bottom Part Of Fridge Is Now A Freezer

Hi There,

I have BEKO AB910W (had it for a while). It's a lovely big fridge/freezer but has now started to malfunction. The freezer has stopped has freezing and instead in the bottom part of the fridge where you put vegetables etc, this has ice in it???.

There is also a red warning light on the digital display (which I guess isn't a good thing!). I don't want to get anyone out if it isn't worth repairing. However it might be cheaper to fix then replace.

Any ideas?

Do a 24 hr defrost. The ice in fridge means the overflow is blocked.

The fan in the freezer has failed . On these American style fridge/freezers the air is circulated in a clockwise fashion.

Hmm so definitely might be worthwhile having some to look at it then.
