BEKO DL1234 diswasher broken...please help!

Hello, we own a BEKO DL1243 dishwasher. Unfortunately, despite their being a power and water supply it seems to be stuck on the wash cycle. We have tried to reset through the instruction given in the manual but no success. Thank you.
