The Boiler will fire up for different lengths of time and then cut out and a red light, along with a small flashing light comes on. We reset by turning off the control on the boiler and then on after 10 seconds, and it will start again only to trip out after sometimes half an hour or less. The system is only two years old no trouble before. Please advise as we dont want to be ripped by not knowing what it is.

Get it serviced, following manufacturer's instructions, by a nice CORGI registered fitter, and the problem will go away.
