Morning all.
I am currently restoring all the door architraves in my Victorian house. I have stripped all the paint off but now need to make some minor repairs with filler before re-painting.
I have had many years experience using the usual polyfiller and can achieve a good undetectable finish, but was wondering if there are better alternatives. Some of the vertical edges need building up, squaring off and painting but as we all know with Polyfiller, it only needs a whack and the filler will fall out, particularly if it is a built up edge.
I have never really experimented with other products like two-part epoxy or wood fillers. I am looking for something strong, easily shaped and sandable.
Any suggestions guys?
Cheers
