Best paint for a white bath panel please

Hi
Can anyone please recommend the correct paint to use on a white bath panel ?
Seems to have become yellowish but tried cleaning but nothing worked.
Do you have to use a primer or is there a one coat solution.

Fine scotch pad or 400 grade sandpaper to create a key.
Clean it.
Puy spray paint for plastic from the diy store.
Warm up a spray can in hot water as and spray.
Plenty of paints for plastic available.
You can also wrap the panel in sticky plastic. Look up warping. This sort of thing.

Have you looked at buying a new one? Might say on the back or under bath.
Panel maybe getting brittle with age so be careful with it
