Biasi Activ A Boiler Fault

Help

Every time I try to fire up the boiler it errors 01. The boiler fires up for a few seconds and then goes out - it tries three times then shows the error 01.

I have checked all connections for corrosion and cleaned the condensation trap.

Any help much appreciated

I think that is a lack of ignition.

We don't give DIY advice here on gas/combustion issues.

So apart from checking you have a gas supply such as at a hob and that the gas valve under the boiler is turned on the only advice is to call a competent boiler engineer. Not that many are familiar with that model.

Yes I understand, its so frustrating though because today I have tried it again and it has fired up - all central heating and hot water appear to be working normally and engineers that have visited in the past just seemed to tinker until they got it working. How can I find a Biasi trained engineer??

Thanks for replying - boiler seems to be working OK - the dirt I removed from the condensation filter seems to of made a difference - I live in Manchester
