Hi All,
Bit of help with a Garda HE Plus. No hot water no heating. Checked diaphragm and that looks ok (no signs of wear). Pin comes out but not enough to operate microswitch. temporarily bent the switch contact to make switch operate and boiler worked fine for about an hour then stopped. The lights showed low pressure or not enough water (as per manual), checked pump and all 'appeared' to be ok there. If i operate the microswitch manually the boiler fires perfectly. The red light comes on the flow switch for the hot water. Just appears that the pin does not contact the microswitch... The diaphragm doesn't actually look that old, the boiler is only about 2 years old. There is a slight leak from the body of the pump, new seal required. Considering pump as per low pressure and presumable this would restrict the flow and ultimately the diaphragm.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
