biasi problem

Good Morning All Biasi Experts.
My biasi combi boiler,when the heating is on ,trying to run hot water is a joke goes hot ,warm cold,warm,hot etc etc.turn the heating off,the hot water works fine.Also noticed that if the heating is on and the shower is running the rads go cooler until the shower is turned off.
Could someone please help.

I'm sure it is correct that when the boiler is producing hot water it turns off the heating, enabling all the power to be used to produce hot water

all combis will give priority to H.W, so when your shower is running your C.H is switched off , hence the rads going cool .

Dont expect anyone overseas to have any idea about the UK!

Biasi moved about 2-3 years ago and will probably be moving again soon.

Your boiler sounds fine! If not then ask us.
