Block of flats - Communial Area

Hi ,

Have just tested some communial areas in a block of flats, I am putting 5 years down on sheets for retest,

Just out of curiosity wondered what anyone else has put!?!

Also I have noticed that most new fuseboards I see companies are putting 5 years retest on them(domesitic) I still put 10, is this people simply after more work i wonder? or has it changed

It would depend on the building and the installation: how it is installed, who uses it and how frequently.
