My lawn has become very wet over the past year or so. I had drainage put in about 12 years ago and it worked fine but now there are wet patches everywhere. One end of the yellow piping used is sticking up from the ground in one corner so I poured water down there and nothing came out the other end where the pipe is draining in to the main drain - presumable this means there is a blockage. Is there anyway I can flush out the pipes or will I just compound the problem by adding more water to the area.
Would a drain company help me in this area? Or am I facing into a huge job of re-installing the drainage system.

How long are the pipes? you could try drain rods or a hose/ pressure wash to flush it out
