Hi just had a call from a mate he turned his power off and on today to change some lights, and when later he felt radiators were warm, checked timeclock and heating is off but boiler stays on.

Has a s-plan system with a ff ov boiler and hot water system, sorry won't get anymore details till thursday

Thought it might be timeswitch but any ideas?

Thanks

Robert

Thanks for the quick answer, he did say something during the summer about the rads that were nearest the pump\ motorised valves being warm when hot water only was selected but then said to leave it as it was holiday time.

Could you explain how to fix this only ever had to tie a valve open to get the heating to work, so don't think you can manually close one

Thanks
