Boiler losing pressure - GLOW WORM 24ci

Our boiler keeps losing pressure and turning itself off and leaves the red light flashing. I have to open up the tap and increase the pressure every time we want heating. Very annoying.
can anyone offer some help and advice? It's cold!!!!

The water is going somewhere.

Either you have a leak or the PRV is discharging!
