Help please as to the cause of this prob.
Boiler is an Ideal HE30.
For maintenance last weekend I drained the system and put in a c/h cleaner, as we`ve been in the house less than a year and I didn`t know if or when it was last done).
I ran the system as usual for a week and yesterday drained down and refilled using an inhibitor. (drained water was fairly clean).
Everything then ran ok until this morning. The boiler had stopped and showed fault code H9 which after a reset is sometimes L9.
The dhw is ok but the rads are heating up very very slowly along with the return pipe from the boiler. When it runs the boiler is not as normal, firing for a short while at a time, if that makes sense.
I`ve turned all of and bled the rads with no air coming out but no difference.
Any ideas please?
