We currently have a problem in that our thermostat was installed in a room (not by us) which never heats up so when the heating is running it never switches off. My wife switched the heating on before she went to work but not when she left the house and came home to find the house super warm.
Do you think there is likely to be any damage done to our boiler as the pump has been running all day and constantly firing?
I'm fully prepared for a larger than normal gas bill but not expensive repairs on top of Christmas.
