Hi everyone, I hope someone will be able to help. We have got a BIASI Riva Compact HE Boiler. Model M96.24SM/C and M98.24SR/C. The boiler has shut down and we can't get hot water or central heating.
The hot water and central heating has been working fine for months until now. We purchased the property about 4 months ago and the old owners mentioned something about being careful when bleeding the radiators affecting the pressure.
I bled our heated towel rail which never seemed to get hot and air came out for about 1 minute then stopped. I went to check the boiler and a red light was flashing and the pressure is down to 0. (Please see the attached pictures on my profile) there is also 3 LED's on the left side the furthest left flashed green and the middle one is red, I have not seen a red LED on on the boiler before.
There is a red button in the middle of the front panel which seems to be a reset button, I dont know if this will remedy the problem though.
I am almost certain that more pressure needs to be added to the system although I don't want to do this without someone else recommending I do it. Please help.
thanks. George
