is it a new build? or do you already have a system? why does it have to be a combi? is there a particular reason? big combi's require a big gas pipe!!! unless yours would be sat on top of the meter you will need 28mm for that one, what is your water pressure like? whats the flow like from the cold tap at the moment? I only ask why it has to be a combi because combi's are not always the best solution to fit depsite what an installer might be telling you. It's a decent boiler but you can only get out of it what you put in.

HI

if you are going for combi then the G.Star 37 cdi is ok.

The 37 cdi will heat half your street, so yes, it is big enough to heat most houses... Where you need lots of power from a combi is to heat the water and provide a decent flow and on that front the 37cdi is a good combi.. One thing to check is to make sure that your water supply can provide enough flow for your boiler otherwise your boiler will be bigger than it really needs to be..
