Seriously?

The hazard lights were flashing on my van earlier and I thought someone had been messing about with the button but it turned out a tin of biscuits had fell off the top of the box that was next to me as I braked hard and hit the button turning them on. My poor van spider nearly got the blame for it!

Was it a Ford Transit and the biscuits shortbread from Aldi for on £2.99 in the sale?

Same happens to me when I carry those biscuits from Aldi in my Tranny! I don't have a clue what wireless receiver the OP was talking about though!

Nope!

Crystal ball cream crackered again!

You boys should get yourself a Fiat van like mine. It's got a shelf above the cab that holds even a large tin of Mc Vities Tea Time Assortment very well. No matter how fast you corner.

Even if the tin fell on my hazrd lights switch - being a Fiat - they probably wouldn't work anyway.

This is from one RF thermostat instructions -

Flashing Red - No network connection, please refer to ‘COMMISSIONING INSTRUCTIONS’ section of the installation guide.
Flashing Green - Indicates a successful network connection.

I don't know if yours is the same.

Do you need a new battery in the sender unit?

Wow Anybody! You even read my mind and posted it for me except I would have said 'you're'.
Whitespirit Aren't those actually plastic biscuit 'tins'? I was thinking if I put my shortbreads in there it would be lighter when I brake hard and not slide off and hit the hazard light switch so hard
