the flow switch has a wire mesh filter (cleaned) at the inlet side and a biege flow restrictor (cleaned) at the outlet side

approx age of boiler and flowswitch st or bent discard the restrictor

i was told five to six years the flow switch looks straight with two wires

if you have changed the flowswitch and removed the restrictor have you checked the flow swicth with a multi meter?

thanks for your help guys but i've told him to bin it and get a nice new reliable condesing boiler ,maybe a ideal isar!!!
