Have a problem with Bosch washing machine - would be grateful if anyone had any suggestions before we call an engineer to look at it.
Wash part of cycle runs fine, but takes ages trying to rinse which is much louder than normal. Eventually gives up, sounds alert and the first and fourth lights flash. I've checked the manual and have cleared the detergent-solution pump (metal collar stiffener in there) but problem remained. I also tried just running a spin cycle and that also generated the same error.
