Bosch 1400 Exxcel

Despite the obvious remedies of levelling the washing machine, cleaning out the syphon components and checking the inlet solenoid, the fabric conditioner on my Bosch Exxcel 1400 Express fails to dispense

Any additional suggestions?

Hi, on my exxcel 1200 the holes in the "ceiling" of the detergent tray holder regularly get blocked with limescale and/or mould, necessitating a good scrub with descaler and a toothbrush. This blocking also affects how the water comes out of the holes... sometimes the fabric conditioner tray filles up and dispenses early in the cycle due to water spraying from the detergent holes, sometimes the conditioner holes get blocked and does not dispense.

The build up of mould can be reduced by leaving the dispenser tray open when not in use.
