bosch classixx 1000 active light flashing/able to open door

hey guys, its a bosch classix 1000 and half way through the 40o wash (or any) it stops and the 'active' light starts flashing. referred to user manual and tried the three trouble shoots but no change. also noticed that the door can be opened just after this. any help would be greatly appreciated as it is a young machine, nearly new. thanx!!

We have exactly the same problem - machine is only 6 months old. Purchased in UK but has found its way to NZ here. Did you have any luck? Cheers

we had same problem a couple of times. both times was due to too much washing in machine.[the wife filled it with so much you couldent get a small hanky in !!!] try putting a smaller load .. let us know if that was the cause
