Bosch Classixx not emptying.

Hallo there.

I've a Bosch Classixx which isn't emptying. When I got to it the filter was in place and clean so I don't suspect a pump jam. Nor are the hoses kinked. There is no digital display on this model - just a click dial which allows the choice of 4 programmes and "off". There's also a couple of lights ON - ACTIVE - END. In addition, there's a power on/off button which also functions as a reset.

Combinations of resetting (in programme, power off/reset/on etc) doesn't result in any activity (other than the lights blinking)

There's no id plate on it - so I can't download a manual either.

Anyone any ideas?

you do not say if it is a Bosch Classix dishwasher, washing machine or what. I have assumed dishwasher.

if you open the door, get on your knees and squint upwards, you should see a plate on the upper part of the door frame

you should also see something on the top edge of the door.

you did not say how long you have had the machine, when it last worked, what happened between working and not working.

You say it is not emptying which suggests that it fills and washes correctly.

You do not say if you can hear the pump running when it should be draining.

if you pull the drain hose out of the drain, then (after looking inside it for blockages) lower it slowly towards the floor and water should run out before you reach floor level, even without the pump running.

Please say how many flashes or bleeps you get, and where from Someone will know what the flash code means.
