Hi

I have a Bosch Exxcel 1200 machine and the drum is not moving. I need the manual to fault find however the bosch site is down. Also I can't find the vitally important e-nr number (doh! why can't I look up the manual by the model number). Bosch site is down and giving me errors and the place for the E-nr number is allegedly at the back of the top of the door but all I have is a white sticker with nothing on it and nothing underneath it. Does anyone have an actual copy or link to a usuable manual?

thanks

Craig

It'll only be a user instruction manual. It won't tell you how to change carbons in a motor and it will only have very basic fault finding in it, normally "clean the filter".

Carbons were fine. The problem was that once again the electric main board had packed in after 30 months use. Cost to replace = £95 including call out.

Hi
Your en no should be behind the bottom rail on the front, it screws off.
