Hi there. One of the dials has "broken" on our built-in Bosch cooker. All that has happened is the label-thing in the display has come away from the actual dial, so that when you turn the dial the label doesn't move at all.

It should be a very easy fix, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get into the oven itself! I can't find the plate that has the model number on (presume it's on side/rear). I do have the old manual, which has "HBN 36. B GB", but a quick google search on that didn't give me anything.

Any ideas where I might begin? Thanks in advance...

Thanks Leccy, I'm getting somewhere now!

It's an HBN365BGB apparently. Now I just need to figure out how to remove it from the cavity!!!

To remove from the cavity

Turn off the power at the cooker switch
Open the oven door
either side of the door in the chassis frame you should find some screws that are holding it in. (sometimes they are fitted with no screws and the oven just pulls out)
