Initailly the machine would not rinse or spin. Service engineer visited and replaced all the pipes from the drainage pump to the outlet. Hard water in the area so all pipes were caked and blocked with limescale. The engineer also set the machine going with descaling agent. Machine has worked properly once since engineer left. Now same problem as previous. Also the programmer now seems to be confused. When set off, machine will work through cycle but does not fill up with water. Any help much appreciated.
