Bosch SGS45E08GB Pumping and Draining at the Same Time.

Hi all, I have a Bosch SGS45E08GB Dishwasher that has a little problem.
It wont start its washing cycle at the moment because the washer is filling and pumping water at the same time. Also you can open the door whilst this is all going on and watch it doing this cycle.

I think I sorted this problem out many years ago by changing the door switch but just wanted to clarify with you guys first if this door switch could be the culprit?

Would anyone know if I have to change the whole part or can I just change the micro switch?

Just checked the door switch and there is no fault with it.
I'm at a loss now what could be making the machine fill and pump out the water at the same time???

For anyone who has a similar problem, this is what the fault was for me......

A stuck water inlet float on the left hand side of the dishwasher. The pipe that went from the float to the inside of the dishwasher washer was full of gunk.
