Bosch SPS546 Dishwasher. water not heating

There does not appear to be any hot water and therefore dishes are not being washed fully. Have removed and cleaned the filter and both spray arms. What should be the next thing that I check?

PCB in the door, check for dry solder joints around the heater relay.
