Bosch Washer/Drier problem

Hi there,

We have a Bosch Exxcel WVT1260 Washer Dryer. When set for a normal or delicate dry, pressing Start just brings up the value of 1 minute on the display. Nothing happens, however and the drying cycle fails to start.

Any ideas anyone?
