Do you mean "WFL" 2060?
Outside the test program only 3 error codes are visible to the end user...door open, drain problem, & water supply issue. If the machine stops with the active light flashing it signals a water supply issue. How many inlet valves are there on your machine...one or two?

By definition when the program stops & the active light flashes it suggests a restricted/blocked cold fill hose, closed tap, or one of the dual inlet valves isn't functioning. However sometimes error codes can be misleading. I would check the drain pump for possible obstructions & the motor brushes for excessive wear before rushing out to buy a new valve at around £30. BTW; is the full E-number WFL2060GB/04? (look on the door sticker).
