hi there - hope you good people can help 
we have a bosch wff 2001 washing machine which has been functioning fine for a few years without any problems... until tonight! it's stopped at the rinse cycle and won't drain the water - the lights are on but the pump/motor isn't working. ominously, the standing water is a dirty grey colour and there seems to be signs of smoke entering the panel where the dials are. could this be a result of the motor burning out? or perhaps a faulty pump?
