BOSCH WFF2001 Will not start 30 deg wash cyc

Hi, My BOSCH WFF2001 has suddenly refused to start any wash cycle at 30 deg setting. It appears to do other cycles OK but might be stopping before the end properly.(I am still checking this)
I have cleaned out the inlet filters and the pump. I wondered if anyone had any other ideas of what to check.
