Bosch WVF 2401 No Spin

My bosch washing machine (WVF 2401) has stopped spinning. I removed the motor, inspected it and re-fitted it. The machine worked fine on a cycle empty and turned the drum as normal. I have put half a load in and it wont spin.
Is this the brushes that have gone or the whole motor?
Any advice would be great before i shell out for another motor or new washer.

check brushes first in ther motor poss worn down

thought so. just strange that it ran without a load it and then stopped when i put some items in

more weight to struggle with hence no spin .

cool. have removed the motor again and will take it to my local shop to order some brushes. Any idea how much they cost (roughly)

take brushes out now and look at them cost under20 quid .
