Boss B850S Shower - Auto Reset problems ...

Help!

I inherited the above shower in my property and its been working fine for a few months.

It now has stop producing any hot water and the auto reset light is constantly. As i understand it its something to do with water pressure maybe but i've checked the valves are open etc.

Can anyone advise me as to what the problem is or what i can do about it? I dont want to call a plumber if i can help it as it will no doubt cost me a lot!

Hi Helen,

BOSS is the trade name for PTS - just in case you need spares - this should be your first stop.
